Is this medical advise?
No. The Ikaria Method is coaching and education. All clinical decisions — labs, prescriptions, peptides — are made by independent licensed clinicians. We coach. They prescribe.
Where can I do this from?
Anywhere in the U.S. Our clinical team operates in all 50 states + DC. Lab draws happen at national diagnostic centers near you.
Do I need to already be on TRT, HRT, or peptides?
No. Most clients aren't. We start with labs and the fundamentals. Prescriptions enter the protocol only when your numbers and your clinician say they should.
What if my labs say I don't need a prescription?
We don't write one. You get a coaching program built on your data and the fundamentals, and we re-test on a schedule. No prescription gets written to justify a price tag.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is shared on the qualification call once we've confirmed fit. It's not priced like a supplement subscription.
How long until I see something change?
Energy and sleep usually move inside the first 30 days. Body composition tells the truth at 60 to 90. The re-test at the end of the protocol is where the labs back it up.
